Built in 1790 by Seigneur Jean-François Tremblay atop a waterfall on Rivière du Moulin that cascades some 30 meters, the Moulin seigneurial des Éboulements has remained unchanged over the centuries. With its original equipment and seigniorial manor just next door, it’s one of the last authentic examples of this type of mill in Québec.
