The municipality of Baie-Sainte-Catherine is located at the mouth of the Saguenay Fjord. This is an excellent place for watching marine mammals, especially on a Croisières AML boat. The Pointe-aux-Alouettes religious retreat has a rich history and is worth a visit. The Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre provides an exceptional view of the Saguenay-St. Lawrence Marine Park and Tadoussac. From the banks, you can even see beluga whales swimming along the coast.
