Champs libres at Les Labours restaurant

Top guest chefs will again take over Les Labours restaurant to create unique menus accompanied by chef Patrick Dubé's team. In keeping with this theme, each evening will be different, just like the talented chefs who make up the program. Once again, they will be given free rein to create a 5-course seasonal menu based on the finest Charlevoix products. Food and wine pairings will be selected from our prestigious wine cellar by our sommelier Christian Beaupré and live music will be featured on site.
