Le Grand Marché en Rose

November 16, 5:00 p.m.

Charlevoix's grand cocktail dînatoire, Le Grand Marché en Rose, is an epicurean and charitable celebration where some 15 guest chefs and as many Charlevoix producers come together for an evening of discoveries and flavors in a convivial format conducive to exchanges. Since 2019, the evening has been held in support of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, and a silent auction to benefit the foundation also runs throughout the evening with many exceptional prizes. Educational and gourmet workshops are held in the afternoon.
