Héritage Charlevoix - Moulin de La Rémy

The Moulin de la Rémy, a flour producer since 1825, showcases an exceptional heritage that combines tradition and modernity. The floor accessible to the public, allows you to familiarize yourself with its history, and, at the same time, to see how the operator, Moulin de Charlevoix, knew how to put the original flint millstones at the heart of the new production. The organic flours produced there are chosen by large artisan bakeries for their taste, quality, and great nutritional value. They are quite similar to those produced under the French regime.The heritage thatched-roof Lajoie barn and the Rose-Anna farm are neighbors. The setting of Pierre Gauvreau's famous television series and the old building that serves as the backdrop for its credits, are part of one of the most spectacular landscapes of Charlevoix, a heaven-sent landscape. Both sites are only accessible for events but may be admired at all times from the roadside, together with the landscapes of the astrobleme.
